Psychotherapy can alleviate inner pain and foster new ways of coping with it. The psychotherapeutic setting offers a safe space in which unknown territory can be explored. Unencumbered by old patterns, long-lost resources and hidden potential can re-emerge. Self-efficacy and resilience can grow stronger and open up new perspectives.
The psychotherapeutic process starts with your reaching out. The initial consultation is centred around your life history and prior experiences. Your reasons for coming and prospective therapy goals are just as important. Possibly, a first working alliance can take shape.
The duration and the frequency of the psychotherapeutic sessions are tailored to your needs and therapy goals. For instance, having regular sessions once a week fosters progress. The psychotherapeutic process changes constantly, including its goals and the setting can be flexibly adapted, including the frequency of the sessions.
A therapy session lasts 50 minutes and costs 100 € which are non-refundable. This also applies to first sessions. Sessions which have not been cancelled 24 hours prior will be billed. The sessions can take place in my private practice, in a sitting or recumbent setting. Teleanalysis via videotelephony or solely over the phone is also offered and can be combined with on-site psychotherapy.
